РЭЙЛЬ

Рэйль (John Forbes Royle) — английский натуралист; род. в Индии; был профессором в Queen‘s College в Лондоне. Напечатал: "Illustration of the botany and other branches of the natural history of the Himalayan mountains" (2 т., с 100 табл.), "Essays of the produc tive resources of India" (1840), "The fibrous plants of India" (1845).
